Achieve together is seeking a skilled Credit Controller to support its community hub team in Leatherhead. The role focuses on timely payments, accurate cash allocations, and resolving queries to keep accounts in good order.

You’ll work within a hybrid setup, collaborating with operations to ensure service delivery remains seamless. The ideal candidate has solid end-to-end credit control experience, familiarity with Local Authorities or NHS accounts, and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset.

Qualifications

• Solid knowledge of credit control end-to-end collection.
• Experience dealing with Local Authorities and NHS is preferable.
• Strong analytical problem-solving abilities.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of credit control.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring timely collection of payments.
• Prompt and accurate cash allocation.
• Resolving queries promptly, ensuring the account is open for ongoing collections.
• Strong reconciliation abilities.
• Accurate allocation of credit notes to invoices, when required.
• Maintaining accurate record and allocation of customer payments.
• Regular follow up as needed with both internal and external customers to ensure prompt cash collection.
