Ashtead Hospital, part of Ramsay Health Care, is seeking a proactive Credit Controller to join the Finance team. The role supports credit control across multiple Ramsay Health Care hospitals, with hybrid working options after training.

You will manage debt collection, liaise with patients, insurers and departments, and ensure timely posting of cash receipts. The successful candidate will report to Senior Credit Controllers and work across several sites.

Qualificações

• Experience in Credit Control, AR or Finance roles.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Detail-oriented with high accuracy.
• Proactive, organized debtor management.
• Experience with finance or patient systems helpful.
• Healthcare experience beneficial but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Collect debt in line with targets and KPIs.
• Manage credit control across multiple hospitals.
• Contact patients, insurers and consultants to secure payments.
• Investigate and resolve account queries promptly.
• Post and allocate cash receipts accurately.
• Produce aged debt and financial reports.
• Escalate high-risk accounts promptly.
• Maintain records of outstanding debt and activities.
• Build relationships with patients, insurers and colleagues.
• Support month-end processes and other finance tasks.
• Respond promptly to information requests.
