Qualifications

• Experience in B2B credit control and collections.
• Proven track record of reducing aged debt.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with Excel proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of customer accounts and collect payments on terms.
• Apply DS Smith's Group Credit Policy to collections.
• Investigate and resolve invoice and payment queries.
• Maintain sales ledger records and reconciliations.
• Produce monthly customer statements and support reporting.
• Monitor and reduce overdue debt and support cash targets.
• Build positive relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to improve credit control processes.
• Provide timely information for senior management reporting.
