Focus Group in Shoreham-by-Sea is seeking a confident Credit Controller to join our Finance team. You will manage customer accounts, reduce aged debt, and ensure timely payment while delivering excellent service.

This hybrid role requires strong communication and relationship-building skills. Reporting to the Credit Control Manager, you will reconcile accounts, negotiate payment plans, and collaborate with internal teams to resolve billing queries.

Qualifications

• Experience in a credit control role.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Able to handle challenging conversations with customers while maintaining professionalism.
• Good attention to detail and ability to reconcile accounts.

Responsabilités

• Chase outstanding payments on a portfolio of customer accounts.
• Negotiate payment plans and suitable payment solutions.
• Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain debtor records and respond to billing queries.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient collections.
