Ashley Rees Associates is recruiting a Credit Controller for a financial services organisation based in north Bristol. The role offers hybrid working, flexible hours and 25 days holiday (with the option to buy 5 more) plus other benefits.

You will manage debt collection, review debtor limits, monitor policies and assist clients with facilities, while maintaining excellent relationships and meeting KPIs.

Qualifications

• Previous credit control experience is essential.
• Strong relationship-building and customer service skills.
• Ability to chase overdue debt by phone and email.
• Knowledge of debt policies and limits is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Review debtor credit limits regularly.
• Chase overdue debt by phone and email.
• Monitor policies to maintain adequate limits.
• Assist clients with facilities and reporting.
• Attend portfolio meetings as required.
