Job summary

Chestertons Estate agency in London is seeking an Account Manager for the Corporate & Relocation Services team. Hybrid role with three days in the office and two from home, based from The Lantern, NW1 2LT.

You will manage corporate clients, relocation partners and embassies to source suitable homes across Chestertons brands. The successful candidate will own accounts, respond to enquiries, coordinate property searches and work closely with Lettings and Sales to deliver a seamless service.

Qualifications

• Experience within residential property, lettings, sales, relocation or account management.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Excellent organisation and time management.
• Commercial awareness with a customer-first approach.
• Confidence working with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Attention to detail and ability to stay calm under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop relationships with corporate clients, relocation companies, embassies and other business partners.
• Act as the main point of contact for enquiries from assigned accounts.
• Conduct detailed property searches across Chestertons, Chase Buchanan, Campions and wider Group brands.
• Liaise with branch teams to source appropriate properties and maximise viewing opportunities.
• Coordinate property recommendations, feedback and next steps throughout the client journey.
• Support relocating employees and tenants with a professional, consultative service.
• Ensure enquiries are answered promptly and progressed efficiently.
• Collaborate with Lettings, Sales, Key Clients, Build to Rent, Business Development, Tenancy Services and Marketing.
• Maintain accurate records and CRM updates.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen relationships and increase business volumes.
• Monitor service levels and uphold high client experience.
• Attend client meetings and industry events when required.
