Job summary

You will handle business sales, mergers, restructures, governance and commercial contracts, while building client relationships and contributing to the growth of the department. Hybrid and flexible working options are available.

Responsibilities

• Advise a diverse client base on corporate and commercial matters.
• Handle business sales, acquisitions and disposals.
• Draft shareholder and partnership agreements.
• Assist with corporate governance and compliance matters.
• Draft commercial contracts, terms and conditions, and supply agreements.
• Support clients through growth, succession and investment transactions.
