Job summary

SaccoMann is seeking a proactive Corporate Commercial Solicitor for a reputable local law firm based in Preston, Lancashire. You will handle a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements, advising on governance and regulatory issues, and supporting mergers and other corporate transactions.

Qualifications

Qualified Solicitor with 3+ years' PQE in commercial law.
Experience across corporate transactions, governance and regulatory issues.
Familiarity with IT law, data protection and cybersecurity is preferred.

Responsibilities

Draft, review and negotiate commercial agreements with clients, suppliers and partners.
Advise on corporate governance, compliance and regulatory issues.
Support mergers, acquisitions and joint ventures.
Provide legal guidance on IT law matters such as data protection and cybersecurity.
Collaborate across departments to identify and mitigate legal risks.
Develop internal policies to enhance legal compliance.
