Interlink Recruitment is seeking a Corporate Associate in Manchester to join a well-established team handling a broad range of high-quality transactional work for owner-managed businesses, SMEs, and larger corporate clients across sectors.

You will advise on corporate matters, manage your own caseload, and work with partners on complex transactions, with flexible and hybrid working arrangements and a competitive salary package.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor with 2+ years PQE in Corporate Law.
• Experience handling M&A and general corporate transactions.
• Strong technical and commercial awareness.
• Excellent client relationship and communication skills.
• Ambitious, driven, and keen to progress your career.

Responsibilities

• Advise on a variety of corporate matters including M&A, private equity, and restructurings.
• Manage your own caseload while supporting larger and more complex transactions.
• Work closely with partners to deliver high-quality transactional work.
