Caseload includes M&A, shareholder agreements, restructures, corporate governance and commercial contracts. We value strong drafting, client relationships and a collaborative, supportive culture with clear progression paths.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge across corporate transactions and commercial agreements.
• Confident in managing client relationships and providing pragmatic advice.

• Excellent communication and drafting skills.

Responsibilities

• Advise Owner-managed businesses, SMEs and larger regional organisations on corporate and commercial matters.
• Handle business sales, acquisitions, disposals and restructurings.
• Draft shareholder/partnership agreements and commercial contracts.
• Support growth-focused clients and drive cross-selling opportunities.
