Job summary

Space 8 Recruitment is supporting a Top 100 Accountancy firm to recruit a Corporate Audit Manager to be based in Birmingham, with options in Kettering or Banbury. You will plan and manage a portfolio of corporate clients, lead audits, and oversee accounts preparation while mentoring junior staff.

The role offers hybrid working with flexi-time, a laptop for home working, and opportunities for career progression within a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading audits and reviewing audit and accounts files.
• Knowledge of corporate taxation and accounts preparation.
• ACA or ACCA qualification required or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organise and manage a portfolio of corporate clients.
• Review and finalise audit files, accounts and tax work for juniors.
• Identify business opportunities and advise partners on advisory work.
• Monitor WIP and billing progression within the department.
• Ensure deadlines are met for filings and group reporting.
