Job summary

Conveyancing Direct Property Lawyers is seeking an experienced Conveyancer to provide coaching, guidance and quality assurance to a team of Property Lawyers. You will review residential conveyancing matters and conduct file audits to ensure compliance and manage risk.

The role focuses on mentoring, improving operations and supporting high standards of customer service, with hybrid working arrangements (3 days in office, 2 days at home) and ongoing training and development.

Qualifications

• Excellent coaching and communication skills.
• Solid understanding of compliance, regulation and risk management.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Legal qualifications (LPC, Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, FCILEX or Law Degree) are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Coach, mentor and support Property Lawyers.
• Review residential conveyancing matters, including new build transactions.
• Conduct file audits to ensure compliance and manage risk.
• Provide technical guidance on complex cases.
• Support operational improvements and team performance.
