Simply Conveyancing is seeking a Legal Manager to lead a team of Property Lawyers and Conveyancing Executives in Leeds. You will drive performance, develop people and ensure delivery against KPIs and service standards.

You will provide technical guidance, manage onboarding and training, and maintain high standards of file quality, client care and risk management while supporting continuous improvement across the team. Hybrid working and a competitive benefits package are included.

Formación

• Qualified Solicitor (SRA), Licensed Conveyancer (CLC) or Cilex, or due to qualify in 6–12 months.
• Working knowledge of CLC regulatory principles and Code of Conduct.
• Practical experience handling freehold and leasehold transactions.
• Ability to supervise and support others in conveyancing work.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach and develop a team of Property Lawyers and Conveyancing Executives.
• Set clear performance expectations aligned to KPIs and service standards and conduct regular 1:1s.
• Provide technical guidance on matters, escalating to Senior Legal Managers when needed.
• Maintain high standards of file quality, client care and risk management.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coach and support team members, work under pressure to maintain performance.
