Camino Partners Ltd is growing its contract recruitment division and seeks an experienced Contracts & Compliance Lead. You will own contracts, review client and contractor agreements, and manage compliance across jurisdictions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in contracts, compliance or a related role within recruitment/staffing.
• Experience with contractor populations and contingent workforce models.
• Strong knowledge of contracts, terms of business and contractor compliance.
• Experience reviewing contractual documentation and identifying commercial or legal risk.
• Exposure to UK/European/US contracting environments is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end contract management process across the contract recruitment business.
• Review, negotiate and manage client and contractor agreements and documents.
• Identify contractual risks and implement protections.
• Collaborate with sales to balance commercial and contractual requirements.
• Maintain accurate contract records with version control.
• Support with contractual queries and practical guidance.
• Oversee the compliance lifecycle for contractors from onboarding to offboarding.
• Develop clear SOPs, workflows and scalable controls.
