Job summary

London and Quadrant Housing Trust is seeking a Contract Manager to join our Water Team, overseeing contractors and ensuring works meet compliance targets. You will work with the Senior Water Hygiene Officer to keep residents and staff safe while delivering high-quality compliance projects.

The role reports to the Asbestos and Water Compliance Manager, with two direct reports, and operates within a hybrid model from London Stratford or Manchester Trafford. A driving license is essential.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Water Pumps and Water Hygiene environments.
• Understanding Legionella servicing and maintenance requirements.
