Good understanding of construction contract processes, i.e., NEC3 or 4.

Responsibilities
Author and maintain a robust Design Management Plan.
Ensure Technical Quality Assurance/Control processes are in place.
Facilitate stakeholder meetings to integrate operational requirements into design.
Monitor resource requirements and ensure adequate resources for project delivery.
