Qualifications

• Experience in B2B or events sales preferred (1+ year).
• Comfortable with outbound prospecting and inbound leads.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Sell B2B conference delegate passes typically £500–£4,000.
• Manage inbound and outbound leads, about 70% inbound / 30% outbound.
• Identify and engage senior decision-makers, including Marketing Officers and Heads of Marketing.
• Extend VIP passes to C-suite executives and build senior relationships.
• Conduct outreach via phone, email and LinkedIn to generate opportunities.
• Hit individual and event revenue targets and maintain CRM records.
