Capsticks is seeking a Compliance Analyst to join the Governance and Risk (G&R) team in a busy, hands-on role. Location: Birmingham, Leeds or London with hybrid working; you will respond to routine queries and assist with longer term strategic projects within the division.

You will help ensure the firm complies with SRA Handbook, AML regulations and ICO data protection requirements, support information security and quality management systems, and help with audits, training and reporting to

Qualifications

• Educated to degree standard or equivalent.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (including formulae and pivot tables) and data manipulation.
• An effective communicator who is adept at building relationships across the firm.

Responsabilités

• Managing the life cycle of compliance queries and notifications.
• Assisting with reviews of CDD and AML queries and collating documentation.
• Reviewing and triaging conflict queries and information barriers.
