Job summary

People’s Partnership in the United Kingdom seeks a Risk and Governance Analyst to support the risk governance and policy framework, maintaining ERMF and GRC systems to ensure regulatory compliance.

You will work with the Head of Risk Reporting and Analysis to strengthen risk culture, produce governance reports, and embed robust governance practices across the organisation. The role supports a hybrid working arrangement at Crawley offices.

Qualifications

• Experience in risk governance, policy management or compliance frameworks.
• Strong understanding of risk management frameworks and regulatory requirements.
• Familiarity with GRC systems and governance reporting.
• Excellent organisational and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update the Enterprise Risk Management Framework (ERMF) and risk policies.
• Coordinate policy attestation processes and ensure governance standards compliance.
• Support governance reporting and development of governance systems.
• Administer the Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) system, ensuring data accuracy.
• Act as a contact for queries related to governance and risk systems.
• Support integration of governance data with risk and compliance MI.
