Hallmark UK & Ireland is seeking a dedicated Compliance Manager to lead and maintain our certified management systems across ISO9001, BRCGS, Smeta/ETI, FSC, ISO14001 and H&S. The role centres on making compliance practical, training teams, and driving continual improvement.

You will work with senior leaders to embed customer and licensor requirements, plan external audits, and guide across sites to ensure ongoing compliance and quality excellence. Hybrid, with site work in Bradford.

Qualificações

• Degree/qualifications in quality management systems (ISO9001).
• Internal auditor qualification to ISO9001 required.
• Experience with BRCGS consumer products and ethical audits (Smeta/ETI).
• Background in manufacturing or distribution environments preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication and training skills.
• Proven ability to collaborate across teams and influence others.

Responsabilidades

• Own and maintain our certified management systems across ISO9001, BRCGS, Smeta/ETI base code, FSC, ISO14001 and H&S.
• Ensure customer and licensor requirements are understood and embedded in how we work.
• Plan and manage external audits across supply chain sites for successful outcomes.
• Use internal audits and outputs to drive continual improvement.
• Advise senior leaders on compliance and quality matters.
• Train and support colleagues to embed processes and manage non-conformance.
• Collaborate with third-party audit bodies and internal teams for smooth operation.
