Job summary

Southern Housing Group is seeking a Compliance Officer for an initial 3-6 month temporary contract based at Building 800, Kent Science Park, Sittingbourne, Kent, with a 3 days remote, 2 days in the office arrangement. You will book appointments, update calendars, arrange travel, and provide administrative support to Compliance Managers.

You will monitor contracts, lead on admin projects, and manage data in Apex and other databases to ensure records are accurate and up to date.

Qualifications

• Experience within Asset Management or Compliance service, especially in social housing.
• Understanding of compliance areas and housing organisation requirements.
• Experience analysing large data sets and ensuring quality compliance data.

Responsibilities

• Book appointments, update calendars, arrange travel and accommodation.
• Provide administrative support to Compliance Managers.
• Lead on key administrative projects as required.
• Support management and monitoring of relevant compliance contracts.
• Assist the department to ensure efficient administrative practices.
• Deal with calls, emails, CRM systems and written correspondence.
