Southern Housing Group is seeking a Compliance Officer for an initial 3–6 month temporary contract, with a view to extension or permanent placement for the right candidate. The role is based at Building 800, Kent Science Park, Sittingbourne, ME9 8GU, with 3 days remote and 2 days in the office.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in Asset Management or Compliance within a social housing environment.
• Understanding of compliance areas and KPI-driven performance.
• Experience managing and analysing large data sets with focus on data quality.

• Book appointments and update calendars.
• Provide administrative support to Compliance Managers.
• Lead on key administrative projects as required.
• Support the management and monitoring of compliance contracts.
• Assist others to ensure efficient administrative practices.
• Deal with telephone calls, emails, CRM’s and written correspondence.
• Liaise with staff across departments and external contacts.
• Monitor group inboxes and ensure timely responses.
• Ensure records on Apex and other databases are accurate and up to date.
