Job summary

Inspire North in Kirklees is seeking a dedicated Complex Needs Mental Health Worker to support men and women affected by trauma, personality disorder and offending behaviours. You will provide therapeutic support, deliver group programmes and help clients build independence and resilience on their recovery journey.

The role involves collaboration with a range of local services to ensure coordinated care and positive outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience of assessment, support planning and risk management.
• A creative, flexible and person-centred approach.
• A commitment to learning and developing understanding of personality disorder and therapeutic approaches.
• Ability to build positive, professional relationships while maintaining boundaries.
