Job summary

Lloyds Banking Group is seeking a Complex Implementation Associate to support onboarding and delivery for some of the Bank’s largest Transaction Banking clients. You will coordinate with multiple internal and external stakeholders to understand requirements and drive successful delivery in a large organisation.

The role is hybrid, requiring two days per week in the office, with a strong focus on analytical thinking, relationship management and proactive problem-solving to meet tight deadlines

Qualifications

• Experience in Commercial/Business Banking, Sales Support or high-value Retail client service.
• Proven ability to work with internal and external stakeholders and communicate across teams.
• Strong organisational and prioritisation skills to manage workload and deadlines.
• Ability to build and maintain a broad stakeholder network in a large organisation.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills to understand requirements and dependencies.
• Proactive, client-focused and accountable approach to delivery.
