Job summary

Action Together in Tameside is recruiting for a Live Well Community Navigation Service Administrator. You will be the first point of contact for clients, triaging queries and coordinating between clients, staff and referrers to keep the service running smoothly.

The role requires empathy, strong organisation, and excellent communication. You will work across Tameside to connect people with the right support, build relationships with local services, and maintain accurate case records.

Qualifications

• Empathetic, inclusive and highly motivated with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Well organised, able to manage multiple priorities and strong attention to detail.
• Confident using case management systems and maintaining accurate records with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact into the service for clients, triaging cases and helping people with queries.
• Act as ambassador for Action Together and the wider Offer.
• Work with referrals across Tameside to ensure smooth service delivery.
