Job summary

International Care Network in Bournemouth is seeking an exceptional Community Support Manager to lead and develop our Community Support Department and contribute as a member of ICN's Senior Leadership Team. You will inspire staff and volunteers, build partnerships with local organisations, and create services that help asylum seekers and refugees move from surviving to thriving.

This role is office-based with one day a week home working, offering 37.5 hours per week and a chance to shape

• Lead a passionate team delivering a wide range of support and activities for asylum seekers and refugees.

• Engage volunteers and build partnerships with local organisations and services.
