Job summary

eNL is seeking a Commercial Solicitor (NQ–5 PQE) for a full-time role in Leicester to advise a diverse portfolio of business clients across sectors, focusing on commercial agreements, technology, IP and data protection.

You will develop your drafting and negotiation skills, manage your own caseload with support from senior lawyers, and benefit from hybrid working arrangements and clear career progression within the expanding team.

Qualifications

• 1-5 Years PQE (Newly Qualified Solicitors considered with a commercial seat)
• Background in commercial contracts; interest in technology, IP or data protection
• Commercially minded, technically capable, and able to give clear, practical advice
• Strong drafting, attention to detail, and deadline management
• Positive attitude and client-relations focus; ability to work collaboratively and take responsibility

Responsibilities

• Advise a varied portfolio of business clients across sectors
• Navigate commercial challenges and manage contractual risks
• Handle commercial agreements, B2B contracts, technology matters, and data protection
• Develop client relationships and contribute to the practice's growth
• Manage own caseload with oversight on more complex matters
