Based in Stroud or Gloucester, you will advise on sales, purchases, leases, and landlord/tenant matters while developing client relationships and contributing to growth.

Qualifications

• 2+ years PQE in Commercial Property.
• Experience handling a broad range of commercial property transactions independently.
• Strong communication and client relationship management skills.
• Sound understanding of commercial property law and landlord & tenant matters.

Responsibilities

• Manage a broad caseload of commercial property transactions including sales, purchases, and leases.
• Advise on landlord and tenant matters and related agreements.
• Draft, review and negotiate legal documentation.
• Build and maintain strong client and professional relationships.
• Provide clear, commercially focused legal advice.
• Support business development and contribute to department growth.
• Collaborate with colleagues to deliver an excellent client experience.
