Law Staff is seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor to join their Gloucestershire team. The role covers acquisitions, disposals and leases, advising on landlord and tenant matters, and delivering clear, commercially-focused guidance.

Qualifications

Circa 2+ years’ PQE as a Commercial Property Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with practice rights.
Strong experience across commercial property transactions.
Solid knowledge of landlord and tenant law.
Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Excellent communication, organisational, and IT skills.

Responsibilities

Manage a caseload of commercial property matters including acquisitions, disposals, and leases.
Advise on landlord and tenant matters and complex commercial agreements.
Provide clear, commercially focused advice in plain English.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
