A reputable law firm in Gloucestershire is seeking a motivated Commercial Property Solicitor/Lawyer to join its growing Commercial Property department. The role offers a hybrid working model and an exciting opportunity for a confident lawyer looking to broaden their experience. Responsibilities include managing a diverse caseload, advising clients on commercial property matters, and building strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years' PQE and a strong understanding of commercial property law. Competenze

• Circa 2+ years’ PQE as a Commercial Property Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with practice rights.
• Proven experience across all aspects of commercial property law, including buying, selling, and leasing.
• A solid working knowledge of property law and landlord and tenant law.
• A track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a commitment to clear, plain‑English advice.
• Strong organisational, interpersonal, and IT skills.
• An enthusiastic, team‑focused approach with a good balance of technical ability and commercial awareness.
