Law Staff is seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor to join their Gloucestershire team. The role covers acquisitions, disposals and leases, advising on landlord and tenant matters, and delivering clear, commercially-focused guidance.

Qualifications

• Circa 2+ years’ PQE as a Commercial Property Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with practice rights.
• Strong experience across commercial property transactions.
• Solid knowledge of landlord and tenant law.
• Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Excellent communication, organisational, and IT skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of commercial property matters including acquisitions, disposals, and leases.
• Advise on landlord and tenant matters and complex commercial agreements.
• Provide clear, commercially focused advice in plain English.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Support business development, networking, and marketing initiatives.
• Work collaboratively within a supportive team environment.
