Job summary

Puro Associates is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer to join its property team in a hybrid role. You will manage a varied caseload, with high-quality commercial property work and opportunities for business development.

The role offers flexibility, a competitive salary up to £60,000 DOE, and a supportive environment with ongoing training and development.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years' PQE or equivalent experience.
• Experience handling a broad range of commercial property matters.
• Excellent legal knowledge.
• Ability to manage a caseload with autonomy.
• Strong client-care and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Commercial and proactive approach to work.
• Interest in business development and building client relationships.
• Good organisational and risk-management skills.
• Strong IT skills including CASE management systems and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Handle a broad range of commercial property matters from instruction to completion.
• Manage commercial property acquisitions, disposals, leases and renewals.
• Deal with property-related contracts and documentation.
• Handle landlord and tenant matters.
• Manage property transactions and related disputes.
• Provide clear, commercially focused advice to clients.
• Collaborate with colleagues and other professionals as needed.
• Identify opportunities for business development and client growth.
• Contribute to marketing and networking activities.
