Job summary

Fisher German LLP in South Wales seeks an experienced Commercial Property Manager to proactively manage a diverse portfolio for commercial and private clients. The role covers day‑to‑day management, service charge regimes, insurance, and works, with autonomy supported by the team.

The position is full‑time (37.5 hours, Monday–Friday) with a hybrid working policy, based at our Cwmbran office. Applicants should be skilled in client service, budgeting and contractor liaison, and capable of handling

Qualifications

• MRICS is desirable but not essential.
• Good knowledge of the property market and wider economy.
• IT literate with MS Office 365, Word and Excel.
• Extensive experience in commercial property management.
• Ability to manage large workloads efficiently.
• Strong planning, organisational and communication skills.
• Team leadership ability.
• Willingness to learn on the job.

Responsibilities

• Manage a multi-occupied commercial property portfolio (industrial, office, retail, leisure).
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, tenants, contractors and staff.
• Supervise site staff where applicable.
• Prepare and present service charge budgets and reconciliations.
• Present budgets to tenants and address queries.
• Liaise with owners, asset managers and tenants daily.
• Report information to clients promptly.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety and other regulations.
