Responsibilities

• Manage commercial performance of multiple live residential and commercial new build projects
• Oversee cost control, forecasting, valuations, variations, subcontract procurement and final accounts
• Mentor and manage Quantity Surveyors within the team
• Collaborate with operational teams to maximise profitability and reduce risk
• Review contracts and manage contractual risk
• Produce monthly CVRs and financial reporting
• Support procurement strategy and subcontractor management
• Build and maintain client and supply chain relationships
