Bristan Group is seeking two Commercial Analysts to join the Commercial & Product teams. You will translate data into actionable insights to drive revenue growth, optimise profitability and support informed decision-making across channels, products and locations.

This hybrid role in Tamworth offers exposure to senior stakeholders and the chance to influence pricing, portfolio performance and product strategy through rigorous analysis and clear recommendations.

Qualifications

• Experience as Commercial Analyst or Business Analyst in a B2B environment.
• Strong understanding of revenue, pricing, margin and profitability drivers.
• Experience with large datasets, financial models and business reporting.
• Advanced Excel skills are essential.
• Forecasting and scenario modelling capability.
• Power BI familiarity is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Deliver accurate and timely commercial analysis to support revenue growth, profitability and margin optimisation.
• Analyse business performance across channels, customers, product categories and locations to identify trends, opportunities and risks.
• Provide ad hoc analysis and insight to support commercial and product decision-making.
• Complete scenario analysis and business cases to support investment decisions.
• Track performance of key initiatives and provide recommendations to improve outcomes.
• Partner with Product teams to assess product performance, lifecycle management and portfolio optimisation opportunities.
• Support Category Reviews, range optimisation, product launches and stage-gate processes with robust commercial analysis.
• Support Channel Partner trading reviews and planning.
• Evaluate cost drivers, pricing implications and margin impact of product changes.
