Responsibilities

• Lead and direct full contract and NDA lifecycle management.
• Own the drafting, negotiation, execution, and change control of client, supplier, and partner agreements (including NDAs).
• Define acceptable positions on indemnities, liability, IP/licensing, warranties and PI; guide teams in handling issues, claims and disputes.
• Secure commercial entitlements and manage claims.
• Proactively protect Ardent’s rights regarding delay, disruption and additional services through notices and evidence packs.
