Qualifications

• Requirements elicitation, process mapping and structured interviews/workshops with clear written synthesis.
• Business case and financial modelling experience including benefits identification and realisation tracking.
• Analytical rigour with imperfect data and defensible numbers with confidence bounds.
• Commercial awareness of how consulting engagements are priced and scoped.
• Confident communicator able to present to senior stakeholders up to board level.
• Solid AI literacy and understanding of adoption drivers for AI tools.
• Sharp eye for spotting and scoping the next opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Baselining current-state operations to anchor value claims.
• Building quantified business cases with sensitivity analysis on key assumptions.
• Modelling realised value and adjusting for adoption and integration.
• Advising on build-vs-buy decisions with clear reasoning.
• Connecting solutions to client OKRs and board-level metrics.
• Tracking benefits against baseline through pilots and evidence.
• Contributing to go/adjust/stop decisions.
• Delivering BA work: requirements elicitation, process analysis and documentation.
• Turning engagement evidence into reusable value benchmarks and proof points.
