Qualifications

• Experience elicitation, process mapping, and conducting workshops and interviews.
• Ability to build and track business cases with quantified benefits.
• Analytical rigour with imperfect data and defensible numbers.
• Commercial awareness of consulting pricing, scoping, and drift control.
• Strong communication to senior stakeholders up to board level.
• Solid understanding of AI principles and adoption drivers.
• Ability to identify and scope the next commercial opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Baselining current-state operations and costing to support value claims.
• Build quantified business cases with sensitivity analysis on key assumptions.
• Model realised value and adjust for adoption and integration impact.
• Advise on build-vs-buy decisions with clear justifications.
• Connect solutions to client OKRs and board-level metrics.
• Track benefits against baseline through pilots to prove impact.
• Support go/adjust/stop decisions with evidence-based reasoning.
• Deliver BA activities: elicitation, process analysis, documentation.
• Turn engagement evidence into reusable value benchmarks.
