Job summary

AWE plc is seeking a Commercial Data Analytics Manager in Reading for a hybrid role. You will lead the strategic and operational management of commercial data, ensuring accuracy and actionable insights to drive third‑party spend decisions by the Commercial function.

Reports to Principal Commercial Performance, Insights & Reporting Manager. You will oversee master data management, data lifecycle, and data cleansing while collaborating with IT, Finance and other teams to align data strategy and

Qualifications

Proven experience in managing commercial data and analytics.
Experience with data operations and BI tools.
Ability to translate insights into business terms.

Responsibilities

Lead the strategic and operational management of commercial data across AWE.
Ensure data accuracy, availability and actionable insights for commercial decision-making.
Manage data lifecycle and master data across systems.
Oversee data protocols, cleansing and maintenance for usable data.
Collaborate with Commercial, IT, Finance to align data strategy.
Lead the Commercial Data Team.
