Job summary

Crown Agents Bank is seeking a Senior Analyst to design and deliver cloud-native integrations that connect CAB's systems with third‑party platforms. You will turn designs into tested software under the AVP and Lead, leveraging Java, Spring Boot and Debezium, with an eye on AI‑assisted development.

Expectation is to build and maintain infrastructure as code with Terraform, set up CI/CD with GitHub Actions, and collaborate with Technology and Operations to translate requirements into reliable

Qualifications

• 2-3 years delivering features and integrations in a cloud/software engineering environment.
• Experience building services on AWS with ECS Fargate, SQS, MSK, S3, IAM, and RDS/Aurora.
• Hands-on with Java and Spring Boot; Debezium and Aurora Serverless v2 exposure is a plus.
• Proficiency with Terraform and CI/CD (Git/GitHub Actions).
• Interest in AI coding assistants and LLM-assisted development.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain integration solutions and cloud-native components across CAB's technology estate.
• Develop integrations with third-party systems and internal platforms on AWS.
• Write production-quality code and tests, delivering features end-to-end.
• Contribute to design discussions, flag risks and alternatives.
• Build and maintain infrastructure as code using Terraform and CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions.
• Support observability and data quality monitoring with Dynatrace.
• Use AI coding assistants as part of development workflow and share useful tools with the team.
• Collaborate with Technology and Operations to translate requirements into working software.
• Take initiative to identify gaps or bugs and drive fixes beyond assigned work.
