Job summary

Advance HE is seeking an IT Integrations Specialist to connect core systems and create secure data flows across the organisation. You will design integrations across Dataverse, D365 CRM, Business Central and SaaS tools, including OpenWater, Moodle and more.

You will develop APIs, drive event-driven integrations, enable SSO, and automate workflows using Power Automate and Azure, improving reliability and efficiency across the tech stack.

Qualifications

• Hands-on API development and system integration experience.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and maintain API integrations between core business platforms and third-party systems.
• Develop reliable REST-based and event-driven integrations, ensuring secure data flows.
• Support SSO and identity integrations using Microsoft Entra ID and Entra External ID.
• Lead technical integrations across a diverse ecosystem of SaaS platforms.
• Create automated workflows that reduce manual processes and improve efficiency.
• Use Power Automate, Azure and other integration technologies to strengthen system connectivity.
• Integrate finance and business systems to support reporting and decision-making.
• Establish integration standards, documentation and best practices for security and scalability.
• Identify opportunities to improve automation, platform performance and reliability.
