Crown Agents Bank is seeking an Associate Vice President to design, build and evolve integration solutions and cloud-native platforms. You will work hands-on with AWS services such as ECS Fargate, SQS, MSK, S3, IAM, and more, contributing to resilient software and infrastructure.

Emphasis on AI tooling and modern development practices runs through the role. Required are 3-5 years in cloud/software roles, strong Java/Spring Boot, Terraform IaC, and CI/CD experience.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in cloud or software engineering with initiative and design input.
• Hands-on AWS experience including ECS Fargate, SQS, MSK, S3, IAM, networking, RDS/Aurora.
• Strong Java and Spring Boot experience; SQL and database optimization knowledge.
• Terraform for IaC and CI/CD with Git/GitHub Actions or equivalent.
• Observability tooling experience (Dynatrace) and data visualization.

Responsabilités

• Design, build and evolve cloud-native integration solutions and components.
• Lead hands-on integration work with third-party systems and internal platforms using AWS services.
• Write production-grade code and build infrastructure with the team.
• Translate stakeholder requirements into practical designs, balancing cost and resilience.
• Define infrastructure as code and CI/CD pipelines for safe deployment.
• Establish observability and data quality standards and monitor issues.
• Mentor junior engineers and advocate AI-assisted development practices.
• Collaborate across engineering, data, operations and vendors to deliver integrations.
