The Alliance ICT Department is seeking an ICT Infrastructure Delivery Manager to lead the design, delivery and performance of core infrastructure platforms underpinning policing operations. You will manage hybrid and cloud environments, ensuring security, resilience and optimal service delivery.

Qualificações

• Proven experience leading enterprise IT infrastructure
• Strong knowledge of cloud, networks, hosting and security domains
• Experience managing suppliers, contracts and outsourced services
• Track record delivering resilient, high-availability services
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
• Ability to lead teams through change and transformation

Responsabilidades

• Own infrastructure service performance, availability and continuous improvement
• Lead supplier and partner relationships including strategic partners such as BT
• Manage contracts, SLAs and commercial performance
• Drive modernisation of infrastructure across hybrid and cloud environments
