Everpool Recruitment is seeking a WCA Functional Assessor for a hybrid, weekday role in Weston-Super-Mare. This non-clinical position uses your clinical knowledge to assess how conditions affect work capacity, with structured assessments and evidence-based reports.

The role is Monday–Friday, 9am–5pm, with full paid training and clear opportunities for progression. Active NMC/HCPC registration and 12 months post-registration experience are required.

Qualifikationen

• Active NMC or HCPC registration
• At least 12 months' post-registration clinical experience
• Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills

• Ask relevant questions and produce clear, accurate and evidence-based reports
• Use your clinical knowledge to understand how conditions affect functional ability and capacity for work
• Report-writing and clinical reasoning in a non-hands-on role
