Job summary

FE fundinfo is seeking a Client Business Analyst to translate client needs into practical solutions across product and service platforms. You will work closely with clients, Project Managers, Data Relationship Managers, and Product teams to drive successful projects and value realization.

The role blends analytics, consultancy and technology, with a hybrid working model and opportunities to contribute to product development and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in client-facing or project-based environments.
• Experience gathering, analysing, and documenting business requirements with accuracy.
• Good technical understanding to discuss solutions and system capabilities with stakeholders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to build strong client relationships.
• Confident engaging with external stakeholders and translating complex requirements into practical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Analyse and capture detailed client requirements through meetings, calls, and written communication to support successful project delivery.
• Document and translate client requirements into practical solutions using FE fundinfo's products and services.
• Provide consultancy and guidance to clients, recommending effective solutions to meet objectives.
• Configure and support platform modules and services, including template creation and system configuration.
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Data Relationship Managers, and other internal teams throughout project lifecycles.
• Support existing client services through ongoing configuration updates, BAU requests, and continuous improvement initiatives.
