STATE STREET CORPORATION is seeking a versatile Account Services Client Implementation Analyst to guide clients through Alpha Platform implementations. You will gather requirements, design operating models, and provide expert analysis and consultancy across Front Office, Middle Office, and IBOR domains.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, MIS, Information Technology, or related field.
• 8+ years’ experience business process or data analysis, Operating Model Design, or participation in transformation projects
• Ability to write SQL code for data analysis a plus

Responsibilities

• Explain to the client the State Street standard operation model for Account Services.
• Provide detailed business analysis and advice to clients on current and future state Alpha F2B operating models.
• Liaise with stakeholders to establish and document implementation requirements for in-scope services, develop use cases to document requirements.
• Maintain knowledge of the STT F2B product offering to perform subject matter expert activities, consultancy, implementation configuration and demonstrations.
• Assist client implementation efforts in Front and Middle Office Account Configuration and Maintenance.
• Lead client-facing activities in requirement gathering, development, and technical standards documentation.
• Compile, analyze and interpret information related to complex business processing.
• Document project requirements using clear language and standard methodologies.
• Collaborate with team members to share best practices and ensure global processes.
• Run meetings/workshops to explain and walk through business requirements.

State Street Account Services Implementation team is seeking a versatile individual with strong client relationship and business analysis skills to help guide our clients through the implementation of the Account Services products as part of the Alpha Platform. A successful candidate must possess skills in complex business analysis with expertise in functional requirements gathering and operation model design. Communication is key in this role and demonstratable through excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills. A proven track record of the ability to gather and interpret client requirements, liaise between business/implementation and technology teams specializing in Front Office, Middle Office & IBOR. Strong collaboration skills are a must.

What you will be responsible for

As an Account Services Client Implementation Analyst you will Explain to the client the State Street standard operation model for Account Services. Provide detailed business analysis and advice to clients (internal and external) on current and future state Alpha F2B operating models Liaise with stakeholders in order to establish and document implementation requirements specific to in scope services, develop “use cases” to document requirements Maintain an excellent working knowledge of the STT F2B product offering to perform subject matter expert activities, consultancy, implementation configuration and demonstrations specializing in Account Configuration and Maintenance Support testing activities and immediate post-production transition with the support of test plan development and test scripts Assist individual client implementation efforts specializing in Front and Middle Office Account Configuration and Maintenance Play a lead client facing role in requirement gathering, development, definition and controlling of technical standards and methodologies Independently compile, analyze and interpret information related to complex business processing Document project requirements using clear, concise language, consistent with the appropriate methodologies Collaborate with other team members to share best practices, raise issues, develop consistent global processes Display a culture of individual ownership of tasks to embed a clear individual sense of accountability in performing the role. Run meetings/workshops to explain and walk through business requirements
