Marsh Commercial in Birmingham is seeking a motivated leader to manage and develop a team of Client Advisors within a dynamic, client-focused environment. You will drive growth, collaborate with colleagues and insurers, and contribute to the office strategy and service excellence.

The role requires previous team leadership or potential leadership qualities, strong organizational skills, and a passion for improving colleagues' working lives, with a focus on delivering market-leading client

Formación

• Leadership experience in client service teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and develop others.
• Proficiency with MS Office and standard business tools.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop a team of Client Advisors and oversee day-to-day management.
• Participate in leadership discussions to set strategy, growth and recruitment.
• Collaborate with Client Executives and brokers on renewal strategies and quotes.
