We will count on you to:

• Manage and develop a team of Client Advisors, ensuring their day-to-day management and personal growth.
• Actively participate in the Manchester leadership team to support strategy development, client service, growth, and recruitment.
• Collaborate with Client Executives and brokers on insurance renewal placement strategies, including preparing market presentations, negotiating terms, and analyzing quotes.
• Assist the Head of Office in achieving strategic goals and represent the office in national forums.
• Deliver best practice, market-leading service and solutions with a strong focus on client service excellence.

What you need to have:

• Previous Team Leader or Management experience preferred, or demonstrated leadership qualities.
• Proven account handling experience with medium to large UK and Global Accounts.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple challenges simultaneously.
• Competence in Microsoft Office products.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and work flexibly as needed.
• A passion for improving colleagues' working lives, skills, and success.

• Cert CII qualified (or equivalent) is essential.
• ACII (or equivalent) qualification or working towards it is preferred.
