FMG is seeking a confident, people-focused Claims Notification Team Leader in Huddersfield with hybrid working. You’ll coach and develop Customer Service Representatives, balance service delivery with performance, revenue and efficiency, and own claim progression.

Qualifications

• Proven people manager with strong communication and leadership skills.
• Experience in fast-paced customer-service or claims environments.
• Ability to coach, review performance and drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead with energy and approachability, champion FMG’s values.
• Set goals, coach via reviews, 1:1s and feedback.
• Own claim progression and service delivery, improve quality and efficiency.
• Use performance data to drive action and manage resources.
• Support recruitment, succession planning and change initiatives.
• Protect sensitive information and maintain product knowledge.
