Job summary

The Veterinary Defence Society is seeking an organised Operational Administrator to join the Claims Operations Team on a 12-month fixed term contract in Knutsford. This role focuses on delivering first-class member support, managing claims-related records and assisting with policy administration.

You will collaborate with Finance, IT and other teams across the UK and Ireland, handling inquiries, processing correspondence and contributing to process improvements in a busy, supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service and support to VDS members.
• Manage and maintain accurate records across a variety of systems.
• Support policy administration and credit control activities.
• Liaise with internal teams, including Finance and Claims, to ensure efficient service delivery.
• Record and manage member complaints and feedback in line with regulatory requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the member experience.
• Support departmental and business-wide projects.
• Process incoming correspondence and maintain accurate electronic records.
